Online Courses
You will have 24/7 access. You may access your course immediately after purchase, and you have access to your course for 6 months after the purchase date*.
If more time is needed to complete your course you will have the option to extend your course by 30 or 90. For licensing Course extensions: a 30 day extension is $49, and 90 day extension is $89*. For continuing education, post-licensing, exam prep, and QBank course extensions: a 30 day extension is $19, and a 90 day extension is $29*
*These charges are from ReCampus. All schools who have partnered with ReCampus will have the same access period and extension costs.
The textbook is NOT included in the price of the online course. However, it may be purchased separately. Ebooks are also available and included in some packages.
Refunds
Students are eligible for a full tuition refund (less $25 cancelation fee) for online pre and post licensing courses by written request within 7 days of purchase, and only if the student has not completed the first unit of the course. Email info@Savvy-Agent.com your written request for a refund.
There are no refunds for exam prep courses, mutual recognition law review courses, exam prep materials, books, eBooks, study materials, or shipping charges.
Online courses can not be transferred or converted from one to another in any way.
End-of-Course Exam
After completing all units and unit questions, you must pass a 3-hour timed end-of-course exam consisting of 100 multiple choice questions. You must pass with a score of 70% or higher.
It is required under Florida law that you successfully complete the online course and pass the end-of-course exam before taking the state exam. This requirement applies to any real estate sales associate course or broker course offered at any Florida real estate school.
If you do not pass the the end-of-course exam, you will have to wait 30 days to take an alternative version of the end-of-course exam. There is no charge to take the second exam. You will continue to have access to the online course for review, and will be able to repeat units and units questions so long as it is within your year access to the course. If you do not pass the second exam you must pay for and retake the course again.
Limitation of Liability
Savvy Agent Real Estate School, LLC shall not be liable under any circumstances for any consequential, incidental, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in any connection with this agreement or the products, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or any claim based on indemnity or contribution, or the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose or otherwise.
Savvy Agent Real Estate School, LLC will not be responsible for pricing errors on its web site, or product that is no longer available. Savvy Agent Real Estate School, LLC reserves the right to cancel a sale without incurring any liability.
